I love the smell and taste of elderflower. It reminds me of my childhood, of the times I used to play in my tree house.
It reminds me of sunny summer days and my mother would cool us down with a sweet and fresh elderflower juice.

Elderflower Dessert
Ingredients
- 200 g lady fingers sponge
- 120 ml milk
- 300 ml double cream
- 1 elderflower
- 200 g white chocolate
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- fresh fruits
Instructions
- First of all, put elderflower to infuse for 10 minutes in hot cream
- Soak the Savoiardi biscuits in milk
- Put in the fridge until you make the elderflower cream
- Mix the melted white chocolate with the cream that has been infused
- Add the lemon juice
- Mix well and put it in the fridge for 15-25 min to chill
- Mix with the mixer until it becomes a compact cream
- Spread the cream over the entire surface of the biscuits
- Add the fresh fruit, I used raspberries and blueberries
- Close it the way I did it and put it in the fridge for a few hours
- Decorate with whipped cream and fruit
- Enjoy the most delicious dessert with the flavour of elderflower
